Returns

Right of withdrawal

You can return unused and unopened goods to us within 7 days of receipt.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

You bear the costs of the return shipment yourself, except in the case of incorrect deliveries or errors on our part.

Transport damage

Please report any transport damage directly to DPD on: 0848 373 373.

Have damage recorded by DPD immediately on receipt so that claims for compensation can be asserted.

Complaints

Complaints about opened or damaged goods must be made within 3 working days of receipt. After that, there is no entitlement to a replacement or credit note.
