FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Is Ben's Ginger to 100% natural and organic?
Yes, absolutely! Ben's Ginger Ginger Concentrates are 100% natural and are made completely without additives or preservatives. Only the best certified organic ingredients are used. The certification is checked and confirmed by the official authorities at least once a year.
Is Ben's Ginger gluten-free and vegan?
Yes, all Ben's Ginger concentrates are gluten-free and vegan.
What is the shelf life of Ben's Ginger?
Unopened Ben's Ginger has a shelf life of 12 months, please pay attention to the best before date printed on it. Once opened, the organic ginger concentrates should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 to 4 months.
Why does a sediment form in the bottle?
These are solid components of the pure ginger that settle to the bottom during storage. By simply shaking the bottle before use, this part mixes completely with the rest. As our ginger concentrate is a natural product, this is an integral part and quality feature of our products.
Why can there be color differences between the different bottles?
Our organic, pure ginger is a natural product. Therefore, fluctuations may occur and the color of the ginger concentrate may vary. However, these natural variations do not affect the high quality of the ginger concentrate. We recommend shaking the bottle well before use.
Is Ben's Ginger suitable for children, pregnant women and diabetics?
In principle, Ben's Ginger Ginger Concentrate is suitable for everyone. However, the pungent substances in ginger, also known as gingerols, are sometimes perceived as too pungent, which is why you should pay attention to the dosage, especially for children. Ben's Ginger can be combined with fruit juices to soften the spiciness.
The properties of ginger are also generally harmless for pregnant women, although attention should be paid to the dosage. The recommendation is not to exceed 1.5 grams of ginger per day. A drink with a shot of Ben's Ginger per day is therefore not a problem. However, if in doubt, discuss this with your doctor.
Even diabetics have no qualms about enjoying Ben's Ginger.
