1. scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply, in the version current at the time the contract is concluded, to all business relationships within Switzerland between you, as the customer, and soslow GmbH.

2. products

We reserve the right to make changes to the range, prices, price model and availability of individual products.

3. prices

All prices are in CHF including VAT.
The current VAT rate is 2.5 % (subject to legal changes).

4. minimum shelf life

We guarantee a minimum shelf life of our products of at least 5 months from the date of delivery.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

6 Warranty and liability

If the delivered goods are defective or if the wrong items were delivered, we will arrange for a replacement shipment whenever possible. If this is not possible, the purchase may be canceled.

The liability of soslow GmbH, its employees, and its agents is limited to cases of willful misconduct.

Personal data will be treated confidentially and used exclusively in the context of business transactions. Data will only be passed on to necessary service providers, in particular shipping partners.
