Payment and Shipping

Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days.

Delivery is made by DPD parcel service to the specified delivery address. We reserve the right to deliver larger quantities ourselves.

Self-collection is not possible.

Invoices are payable net within 10 days, unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to demand payment in advance. From an order value of CHF 300, delivery will only be made against prepayment.

The order will be processed after receipt of payment. Invoices are sent by e-mail.

In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a reminder fee of CHF 20.

The goods shall remain the property of so Slow GmbH until payment has been made in full.
